🟦 Flash Method (How to flash RMX3834)

Because this is a UNISOC SPD device, use one of these tools:

✔ UpgradeDownload Tool (recommended)

✔ ResearchDownload Tool

✔ FactoryDownload Tool

🟩 A) Flashing a PAC File (very easy)

1. Open UpgradeDownload.exe or others special tools

2. Click Load Packet

3. Select the file:
   RMX3834.pac

4. Click Start Downloading

5. Turn OFF the phone

6. Hold Vol+ or Vol-

7. Connect USB cable

   1. Install SPD drivers

   2. Open ResearchDownload.exe

   3. Go to:

      NV → Backup NV


   4. Turn off your phone

   5. Connect it while holding Vol+ or Vol-

Save the NV backup safely

Flashing will start automatically

⚠ Important Notes

✔ 1. Make a Full Backup (VERY IMPORTANT)

Before flashing, you MUST back up your device, because flashing will erase all data.

🔹 A) Backup User Data (recommended)

• Photos, contacts, messages, apps → Use:

  • Copy internal storage to your PC manually

🔹 B) Backup IMEI / NVRAM / NVITEM (critical)

For UNISOC devices (like RMX3834), IMEI is stored in NVITEM.

Tools for backup:

• SPD Research Tool → Backup NV

• SPD Factory Tool → NV Backup

• Infinity CM2 SPD (best, professional)

• UMT / MRT / EFT (if available)

This helps you restore IMEI if it gets wiped.
