What is MI Account !

MI Account (short for Mi Account) is an official account system provided by Xiaomi.
It works like a centralized login that allows Xiaomi users to access and sync services across all their devices, such as:

  • Mi Cloud (backup & restore contacts, photos, messages, etc.)

  • Find Device (locate, lock, or erase a lost Xiaomi phone)

  • Theme Store & App Store

  • Xiaomi community & services

It’s also tied to the phone’s security — if a Xiaomi device is reset, the Mi Account credentials are required to activate it again. This is known as Mi Account Lock (FRP for Xiaomi), designed to protect against theft.

How it’s Works?

Unlock Code

You need to find your unlock code. Usually, the unlock code is visible on the screen. Add the unlock code to the Order Notes!

Order in Process

Once we have all the info we need, we’ll start working on your phone or tablet. Unlocking will take 1-24 h!

Order Completed

You will receive an email when the unlocking is done. Then you just restart your phone and connect to Wi-Fi.

NOT SUPPORT

Devices with an activation country of CHINA are not supported.
Devices in LOST MODE are also not supported.

Clean Phone!

If your phone displays the message
“This device is locked” along with the prompt,
it is likely an indication that your phone is
Clean and can be Unlocked. 👍

Lost Phone!

If your phone displays the message
“This device is locked” along with additional text and contact information, it means your phone is in
Lost Mode and cannot be Unlocked.
